We have dedicated processes and a team for taking up Make to Order requirements. We can process Low MOQs as well, at a very competitive cost. Currently we take up MTO in Mens wear Shirts, Trousers, Kids Shirt Categories. We take up custom label orders along with orders within our own brands. Typical MTO order cycle spans as low as 30 days to 60 days depending on customer needs.

Stitching Unit

We have an existing factory at Chikballapur (Located 100 kms from Bengaluru) with current 

Installed capacity for 30000 Shirts Per month. We plan to further increase this capacity to 60000 Shirts per month.  We have a production team which has good experience and technical knowhow  in the apparel industry. We onboard skilled tailor and workmens after rigorous inhouse training.  There is a strict quality control check for all garments produced within the facility


Washing Unit

We have 20 finishing tables with installed capacity of 2000 pcs per day

Fabric Sourcing

We source fabrics from reputed Mills within India as per customer requirements. In some cases customers also send fabric of their choice directly to our production facilities.

Initial swatch based sampling is done with the client along with Color and texture and count preferences to be understood. Procurement is done based on confirmed Purchase orders from the client side. For any urgent requirements we also have a good collection of Chex, Prints, Plain fabrics in our warehouse which can be sourced readily to place MTO orders. This will reduce the lead time

Testing

Fabric and trims testing is done as per customer requirements from reputed/accredited testing labs. Production is taken up only after quality tests are confirmed from client side
